The 2012 Team Cattle Penning season is fast approaching, and after another successful year, LTCPA is proud to be recruiting sponsors for our third annual sanctioned series. We greatly appreciate the contribution from our sponsors last year and would like to solicit your support for this new season.

With over 80 members and up to 180 teams a show, (of various age ranges, not including spectators) we believe that LTCPA is offering a unique opportunity to promote your organization in the Lakeland area and beyond. A broad range of exposure for all our sponsors is provided through our connections with Alberta’s larger associations, as well as being co-sanctioned with the Saskatchewan Team Penning Association. This along with our comprehensive sponsorship options will ensure that your organization benefits beyond the base advantage of increasing the quality of life for those in the Lakeland.

You will be enabling LTCPA to offer local people and those in surrounding areas a chance to participate in healthy competition, network with others in the community, advance their horsemanship skills, and invite their entire families to enjoy the team cattle penning experience together. Members and spectators alike will benefit from these exciting sanctioned events that are now possible to enjoy right here in the Lakeland, thanks to our sponsors.

LTCPA 2012 Sponsorship Packages

 

$1,500 Weekend Title Sponsor (5 Available)

• This would make you the exclusive Title Sponsor for one of our 5 weekend events. There are two separate shows per weekend.
• A 4’ long by 2’ deep banner with your information would be prominently displayed in a highly visible, central area in the arena – independent from the other sponsor banners – for your title event. The banner would be displayed along with the other sponsors for every show apart from your title event.
• An exclusive thank you to the Title Sponsor will be posted in the Bonnyville Nouvelle and Cold Lake Sun following the sponsored event.
• The sponsor name will be repeatedly mentioned throughout the event over the loudspeaker along with direct encouragement to support the sponsor.
• Recognition would be given at the year-end awards ceremony during the presentations and one whole slide of the 2012 slideshow overview would be dedicated to each title sponsor. Silent auction items may be requested at a later date.
• Your company logo and contact information would be displayed on our website homepage and on our ‘Shows’ page, both of which would provide a feature on your title show.

$1,000 Number Sponsor (10 Available)

• This would give your organization mention every time one of ten cattle numbers (0-9) is called for a team. These numbers are cycled evenly, guaranteeing that your company name would be recognized once for every ten teams at every show throughout the season.
• A 4’ long by 2’ deep banner with your information would be displayed in a highly visible location at every show.
• Recognition will be given at the year-end awards ceremony along with having your company logo displayed on our Number Sponsorship slide for the slideshow overview of 2012. Silent auction items may be requested at a later date.
• Your company logo would be displayed on our homepage as a Number Sponsor, listed directly under the Title Sponsors.

$500 General Sponsor

• This would place your company logo as a sponsor on our website homepage.
• Your company name would be mentioned with special thanks at least once per show.
• Your logo would be added to a General Sponsor 18x24 poster to be displayed in a high-traffic location at each show.
